Palo Santo or Holy Wood (from the Bursera Graveolens tree) is an aromatic natural product. Its smoke is used as a repellent to keep off mosquitoes, ants, and other insects. It held high value among the Incas priests, and for thousands of years, shamans used it to heal many diseases and clean and dissolve bad energies or evil spirits. For this reason, the Spanish called it »Santo« - Holy. The scent of Palo Santo is extremely soothing and transmits a powerful energy. The tree grows for about 40 years and then dies. Then, it has to lie down for about 10 more years before it can be processed.

STICKS: are obtained out of dead trunk tree heart and cut into sticks 10 cm in length and 1 cm in diameter. Sticks are placed on burning coal or burned with a lighter. The sticks can also be used to prepare tea that help cure diseases that come from the cold.

CONES: are made as a transformation of sticks into cones with the sawdust of Palo Santo wood without using artificial glue, chemical, or animal products.
THE USE OF STICKS AND CONES
Against flu, cough, asthma: Prepare tea or tisane; Infusions: Boil the sticks for fifteen minutes, filter and drink with sugar or honey at night. 1 stick can be used for 3 cups of tea.
Mosquito, ant, and other insect repellents: burn on a Palo Santo cone or stick to keep off the mosquitoes. Use one cone or stick at a time.
Meditation and spiritual search: Burn 1 or 2 cones in the incense burner or 1 or 2 sticks. If we burn cones, the incense burner must be the right size to burn one cone. 20 – 25 minutes.
To clean and remove the bad energy from home: You need to burn at least 4 cones or sticks together if the place is small, without putting the cap on the incense burner. The cleaning is well done when the room seems to have fog, you cannot breathe, and your eyes burn. For this reason, the room must be empty for at least three hours.
